Any figure we discuss or send you is an estimate based on the information you provide. The website does not generate an automatic or final removal price, and no price is shown to you during the quote journey.

The estimated volume shown as you add items is an internal planning guide to help us size the vehicle and crew. It is not a price and is not a binding measurement.

Submitting an online quote request or booking a home survey does not confirm a removal. Your move is only booked once we have reviewed the details, issued a quote and confirmed the date with you directly. Survey appointments are subject to availability and we will confirm them with you.

You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information about the items to be moved, the access at both properties, parking, stairs, lift availability and anything unusual about the job.

If what we find on the day differs materially from what was described — for example significant extra items, restricted access or a longer carry distance — the work may take longer, need additional resources and be re-quoted, or in some cases may not be able to be completed that day.

Please tell us as soon as possible if your date, address or item list changes so we can update your quote and re-check availability. Where a booking is amended or cancelled at short notice, charges may apply to cover committed crew and vehicle time. Any such terms will be set out in the quote we send you before you confirm.

Some items need specialist handling, additional equipment or extra crew — for example pianos, safes, large or fragile glass, garden structures needing dismantling, and unusually heavy items. Please declare these when requesting your quote so we can plan properly.

We cannot transport hazardous or prohibited goods, including flammable liquids and gases, explosives, illegal items or anything that may endanger our team or other belongings. Perishable food, live plants, animals and high-value items such as cash, jewellery and important documents should be transported by you.

Undeclared items may not be moved, and our liability does not extend to items we were not told about or were not permitted to handle.

We carry goods-in-transit and public liability cover for the work we undertake. Cover levels, exclusions and the timescales for reporting any issue are set out in the quote and paperwork we provide. Please raise any concern with us promptly so we can investigate while the details are fresh.
