Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the volume, weight and type of waste described to us. If the load on arrival differs materially, we will re-quote before starting work.
Bookings and cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange a booked collection. Wasted journeys may be charged at our minimum call-out rate.
Access
You are responsible for arranging safe, legal vehicle access and any parking permits or suspensions required at the collection address.
Waste we cannot take
We cannot remove hazardous waste including asbestos, chemicals, clinical waste, gas bottles or liquid paint. Tell us in advance if you think any of these are present.
Liability and licensing
Apex Waste Removals operates under waste carrier licence CBDL645216 and carries public liability insurance. Waste transfer documentation is available on request for every collection.
