Most business clearances have to happen without interrupting work, so we agree the access, the order of rooms and the timings first. For occupied premises that often means an evening or weekend visit; for a lease end it means working back from the hand-back date.

Refits, downsizing and lease ends
A refit usually means old furniture and fittings leaving as new ones arrive, so timing matters more than volume. Downsizing is the opposite problem: deciding what goes to the new space, what goes into storage and what is cleared. We quote all three parts so nothing gets forgotten.
At a lease end the building normally has to be handed back clear. Tell us what the landlord expects and we work to that, including stripping out shelving and partitions where you are allowed to remove them.
