How our storage services work, step by step
Our storage services are designed around removals, so the whole thing runs as one job rather than two. Start by telling us what needs storing and roughly how long for — use the online quote, book a free home survey if you'd like us to see the items in person, or simply call or WhatsApp us.
From there we agree a collection date, confirm what's going into storage and log a full inventory as we load. Items are wrapped and blanketed before they go in, then kept in clean, dry, alarmed premises. Because our own crews handle collection and redelivery, there's no double handling and no separate storage company to deal with.
When you're ready, tell us your redelivery date and we bring everything back to your new address and place it room by room. If you need something before then, access can be arranged by appointment. Terms can be extended or ended with simple notice, so short stays of a few days and longer terms of several months are both fine.
From first contact to the day itself
Step 1 — Enquiry. Send us the details online, request a free home survey, or call or WhatsApp us. Tell us roughly what needs storing and how long for.
Step 2 — Your quote. We confirm the space you need and give you a clear, no-obligation price for storage plus collection and redelivery.
Step 3 — Booking. Once you're happy, we agree the collection date and, if you already know it, a provisional redelivery date.
Step 4 — Collection day. Our crew arrives, wraps and blankets your furniture, logs a full inventory as we load, and takes everything straight into secure storage.
Step 5 — While in storage. Items stay in clean, dry, alarmed premises. Access can be arranged by appointment, and your term can be extended or ended with simple notice.
Step 6 — Redelivery. Tell us when you're ready and we bring everything back, placing items room by room at your new address.
